Instructions: Dust meat with flour and brown in butter. Remove meat. Stir in catsup, water, bouillon cube, soy sauce and pepper; add browned meat and onion. Cover. Simmer about 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Add mushrooms and simmer 10 minutes longer.
