Instructions: Trim excess fat from steak. Pound steak to 1/4 inch thickness; cut into serving size pieces. Combine flour, salt, celery salt, and pepper. Dredge steak in flour mixture; reserve excess flour mixture. Brown steak in hot oil in large skillet. Add onion and mushrooms; sprinkle with reserved flour mixture; add water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 50 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream.
