1 bag (16oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen Southern style hash browns or OBrien potatoes
2 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cup shredded Swiss cheese, divided
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimiento, drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine vegetables, potatoes, soup, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can onions. Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Bake covered, at 350* for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer. 12 servings

(note: vegetables and potatoes may be thawed or softened in the microwave before putting in casserole.)
