Instructions: Mix the wine and 5 heaping tablespoons of the sugar in glass bowl and blend until sugar dissolves. Fill wine glasses half full with the Claret mix. Mix remaining sugar with rest of ingredients and beat well with a mixer until frothy and just solid, but not as stiff as whipped cream. Top the Claret in each glass with froth and serve immediately.
