1/2 lb Feta cheese
1/2 lb Ricotta cheese
6 tbl Softened butter
1 x Clove garlic, crushed
1 tbl Dill, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Process feta until finely crumbled. Add herbs and garlic and process. Add ricotta and butter. Blend until smooth.

Suggested Wine: New Land Vineyards 1994 Dry Riesling

NOTES : Chopped walnuts, black olives or scallions may be added.
