4 x cloves garlic smashed
2 tsp peeled and grated fresh ginger
1 tsp chili oil
1 lb fresh green beans tipped and tailed
4 x scallions green and white
parts, trimmed and thinly sliced across
2 tsp Chinese salted black beans
1/2 tbl rice wine vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Place garlic, ginger and chili oil in a 13 x 10 x 2 inch oval dish. Cook, uncovered, at 100% for 2 minutes.

2. Remove from oven. Stir in green beans, scallions, black beans and rice wine vinegar. Cook, uncovered, for 12 minutes, stirring 3 times.

3. Remove from oven and stir in tamari. Serve hot.

Serves 6.
