3/4 oz Bailey"s Irish cream
3/4 oz green creme de menthe
2 scoop vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 x tall specialty glass
Aerosol whip cream for garnish
1/4 oz green creme de menthe for garnish
----------------- NON-ALCHOHOL VERSION ----------------
1 oz vanilla syrup
1 oz milk
1 oz honey
3 scoop vanilla ice cream
3 dsh peppermint extract
3 dsh green food coloring (optional)
1 x collins glass
Instructions:
Instructions: Alchohol version: Add ingredients (except whip cream and creme de menthe) into blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with whipped cream with the creme de menthe drizzled on top and enjoy!

Non-alchohol version: Add ingredients (except whip cream) into blender and blend until smooth. Garnish and enjoy!

This recipe yields 1 serving of either variety.
