Instructions: 1. Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a large non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and brown both sides, about 5 to 6 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet 3. Add onions and cook until translucent, 2 to 3 minutes. Add tabbouleh (including spice packet), remaining spices, broth, and 1 cup hot water. Arrange chicken breasts on top of tabbouleh. 4.
