Instructions: Wash cracked wheat in water and then drain. Add lemon juice and let set 15 minutes.
Pick parsley from stems - wash, drain and then chop parsley very fine. Dice tomatoes and add to cracked wheatbsp. Dice green onions and add to cracked wheatbsp.
