Instructions: 1. Combine ground beef, tomato sauce, egg, seasoning mix, bread crumb, onion, green pepper and chilies in mixing bowl.

2. Arrange half of meat mixture into plastic ring mold. Top with cheese and them remaining meat mixture. Place mold on glass plate. Cover loosely with waxed paper.

3. Microwave on HIGH for 10-12 mins or until meat is set, ROTATING dish 2 or 3 times. Drain off juices using a plate to hold meat in place.

4. Invert onto serving platter. Serve with sour cream and corn chips.

Tips: With combination oven microwave bake in preheated 350 degree oven, uncovered 20 to 22 minutes.

An 8" round class or plastic baking dish with a glass in the center can be used in place of ring mold.

Bobbie Says: This meatloaf is cooked in the microwave. I use a stack cooker with a lid that vents. Also I put in the colonder that fits in the cooker so the juices drains easier. I have also made it without cheese for those that do not like cheese. I have found that the meatloaf is a little dryer than I would like. Hope you enjoy.
