Instructions: One of my favorite "unusual" pizzas is a taco pizza - I replace 1 cup of flour in my favorite pizza dough recipe with 1 cup of corn meal, for starters. I prepare the taco meat in my usual way (I use a mix for the seasoning, but I imagine some would prefer to do this themselves). I roll out the pizza dough & place it in the baking pan. I add the taco meat (you can add whatever toppings you may choose), top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese & bake at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes or until suitably brown for you. There is also a variation where I put the taco meat around the sides of the pizza & make small slashes in the middle of the pizza & fold the crust over the mixture - a sort of taco strudel;)
