Instructions: Lightly brush flour tortillas with olive oil. Place in tortilla basket; bake in 325F oven for 10 minutes or until shell is crispy and starting to brown. Remove to a plate and pile on the goodies, ending with salsa, lettuce and shredded cheese.
** Sorry, but to me, a taco salad has to have some meat. I add either left-over fajitas, or ground beef, chopped chicken, etc. instead of the beans. YOUR choice. Email this Recipe:
