Instructions: Finely dice Chicken or Pork and fry in just enough oil to keep meat from sticking. Add Taco Seasoning mix according to package directions. (I tried grinding the meat but much prefer it finely diced)
Slice Radishes and chop up the cilantro. Heat corn tortillias in pan or microwave to warm. Place a 1-2 of Tbs. of meat mixture onto tortillia. Top with a large mound of sliced radishes and cilantro. Add a squeeze of lime (and a tsp. of sour cream if desired) Email this Recipe:
