Instructions: Cook flour, sugar, pineapple with juice, beaten egg and vinegar till thick. Cool. Fold in cool whip, apples and 1/2 of peanuts. Top with rest of nuts and keep cool.
NOTES : Casey is another "club" friend. She is the mother of four active boys and a daughter. She works now at St. Marys Hospital in their weekend program besides working occasional float pool at St. Francis Hospital. She volunteers many hours at her childrens schools and is a Cub Scout Leader besides. She enjoys her life. She has a ready laugh, I think she has to or she would cry with all she has to do in a day.
