1/2 lb Tagliatelle 250g or- spaghetti
1 cup Lowfat Cottage Cheese 250g
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated (50mL)
1/4 cup Lowfat 1% Milk 50mL
1 x Egg
1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1mL
1/4 tsp Pepper 1mL
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large pot of boiling water, cook Tagliatelle until tender but firm; drain and return to saucepan. Meanwhile, in food processor, process cottage cheese until smooth. Add parmesan cheese, milk, egg, nutmeg and pepper; blend until smooth. Pour into saucepan with hot cooked pasta; cook over medium heat for 1 min, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with parsley or basil.

Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
