375 gm (12 oz) Tagliatelle
1/4 cup (60g/2 oz) Butter
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 x Onions, peeled and chopped
1 tsp grated Lemon Rind
1/2 cup ( 30g/1 oz) stoned, chopped Green Olives
1/2 cup (15g/ 1/2oz) Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook Pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Add a little oil to the pot to prevent pasta sticking together. Drain, return to the pot wit butter, oil, onions, lemon rind, olives and parsley and mix well. Warm through.
