Instructions: Preheat oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
Toss garlic cloves in oil and roast for 15 minutes or until soft. Heat the butter in a frying pan and saute the ham, adding in the garlic, by simply squeezing from their skins cook for 2-3 minutes. Cook tagliatelle as per pack instructions. Add the cream to the ham and garlic mixture and heat through for a further 3-4 minutes. Drain the pasta and combine with the sauce. Serve immediately with parmesan cheese shavings. NOTES : A traditional Italian style pasta dish. Email this Recipe:
