1 x 198g can tuna fish
1 clv garlic crushed
2 tbl chopped parsley
250 gm ripe tomatoes skinned and chopped
150 ml chicken stock
1 x salt and pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Drain the oil from the tuna into a pan add the garlic and heat gently for 2 minutes.

Add the parsley and tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes begin to soften.

Flake the tuna and add to the pan with the stock and salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer while cooking the pasta.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain well.

Turn into a warmed serving dish.

Add the sauce toss and serve immediately.

Serves 4
