1 tbl unrefined corn germ oil
1 x onion chopped
2 x cloves garlic finely chopped
4 x tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup green pepper chopped
1 cup tomato sauce pref. homemade
1 tbl chili powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup ripe olives sliced
4 cup cooked soybeans
or cooked soybean flakes

3/4 cup stone-ground corn meal
1 cup milk
2 cup milk
1 tbl unrefined corn germ oil
1 tsp sea salt
2 x eggs beaten
Instructions:
Instructions: One of the best all natural food cookbooks I have come across is Kitchens" by Ford-Hillyard-Kock. They have the following recipes using dry soybeans.

Filling:
Heat a heavy skillet. Add the oil, onion, and garlic and saute. Add the tomatoes, pepper, tomato sauce, chili, salt, and olives. Simmer 10 minutes. Add the soy beans and simmer on low heat while preparing the crust.

Crust:
Combine corn meal and 1cup milk. Bring 2 cups milk, oil, and salt to boil.

Slowly add the corn meal mixture, stirring constantly. Simmer until thick.

Cover and cook on lowest heat for 15 minutes. Stir in beaten eggs.

Finally,
line the bottom of an oiled 2 quart casserole with the crust mixture, reserving 1 1/2 cups for topping. Add the filling. Add the remaining corn meal mixture over the top. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with more grated cheese.

Serves 8.
