1 x celery stalk chopped
1 sm onion chopped
4 med potatoes peeled, cubed
4 x carrots sliced
1 can corn drained
1 can green beans drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 can zucchini with tomato sauce
1 lb ground chuck browned, drained
(or ham cubes or leftover cubed roast)
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Put everything in crockpot (about 6-quart capacity) and cook on HIGH for 6 hours or on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
