Instructions: Cook and chop chicken; set aside. Saute garlic, onion and peppers in 2 tablespoons oil or butter until tender. Stir in flour; cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken broth; cook until thickened. Add chilies; reduce heat. Add sour cream and 1 cup cheese: stir until smooth. Dip each tortilla in sauce. Place a large spoonful of chicken, sauce and cheese in center of tortilla. Roll up; place in ungreased baking pan. Pour remaining sauce over all. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle paprika and pepper on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is slightly browned. Serve avocado, lettuce, tomato, and salsa on top! Makes about 6. (This is our favorite!
