Patak Tandoori Paste
nonfat plain yogurt

Instructions: For a sauce for chicken breasts that you can store in the fridge (make in the morning, grill/panfry/broil when you get home), look for Pataks tandoori paste (small glass jar).

Mix with plain nonfat yogurt to taste (I think there is a suggested proportion on the jar, we do it by sight now. Also, if its going to marinate all day, then I make the sauce w/less paste. I probably use a couple of TBSP to 3/4 c yogurt or so.

Coat the chicken breasts w/the yogurt all around and refrigerate for at least several hours. Grill, broil, or pan fry in nonstick pan (in order of our cooking preference). Careful w/the sauce, it may stain wooden utensils.

Serve w/basmati rice, yogurt mixed w/chopped cucumbers & mint (trying to approximate raita w/minimum work!), lemon wedges, some different chutneys, & some Indian bread if you have it!
