Ingredients:

16 lrg Morels, washed and soaked in water
Oil for frying
----------------- FOR THE FILLING ----------------
6 x Green chillies, chopped fine
25 gm Ginger, julienned
30 gm Coriander leaves
Chopped fine
100 gm Cheese, grated
60 gm Paneer, grated
10 gm Raisins, chopped and fried
30 gm Cashewnuts, chopped
And fried
Salt to taste
----------------- FOR THE BATTER ----------------
100 gm Cornflour
50 gm Flour
Instructions:
Instructions: REMOVE the soaked morels from water and dry them. Mix all ingredients for the filling and stuff the morels with this mixture. Mix cornflour, flour and salt. Add enough water to mix to a thick batter. Dip the stuffed morels in it and deep fry them in hot oil for five minutes. Remove from oil and put them in a hot tandoor till done. Serve hot.
