Ingredients:

1/2 kg lamb, leg
1/2 tbl tandoori paste
2 tbl lemon juice
2 tsp garlic, crushed
salt, pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine tandoori paste, lemon, garlic, oil and salt and pepper.

Rub lamb with marinade, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Place in a roasting dish and cook in oven to 180C/350F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Allow to rest 20 minutes before carving.
