Instructions: In jar with lid, combine oil, tangerine peel and juice, lemon juice, honey and sesame seeds; shake well. In large bowl, combine cabbage, tangerines, raisins and salad dressing; chill briefly. Before serveing, add chopped nuts; toss gently.
