Instructions: Make simple syrup of 10 cups sugar and 10 cups water by heating both together until clear. Allow to cool.
Arrange eight 1-quart bottles and place 1/2 of each zest in each bottle. Divide simple syrup among bottles and top each with grappa. This recipe yields 8 quarts - 2 quarts of each citrus variety. Email this Recipe:
