Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 cup navy beans
4 tbl butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
4 x cloves garlic crushed
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dill
Pepper
5 tbl dijon mustard
5 tbl black strap molasses
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 cup dark rum
1 tbl soy sauce
1/2 cup water
3 tbl lemon juice
3 x Carrots minced
3 stalk celery minced
1 x Green pepper minced
Instructions:
Instructions: Place beans in a large pot and cover with water.

Bring to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat to medium.

Cook until beans are tender about 2 hours.

Add water if necessary.

Drain cooked beans.

Meanwhile melt butter in heavy pot.

Add onions, garlic and salt and saute until onions are transparent.

Add remaining ingredients except beans vegetables and sour cream.

Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

Combine beans, tomato juice mixture and vegetables in casserole dish.

Cover and bake at DGF-300 for 2 hours.

Top with sour cream.
