5 lb beef brisket
1 can tomato sauce - (12 oz)
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbl brown sugar
3 tbl liquid smoke
1/2 cup light soy sauce
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Hot sauce to taste
1/3 cup corn syrup
1 tbl garlic powder
1 tbl dry mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Trim brisket of all visible fat; place in crockpot. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over brisket. Cook on HIGH heat for 2 hours, or until simmering. Turn heat to LOW and cook for 7 to 9 hours.

This recipe yields 12 to 15 servings.
