2 lb lean beef stew meat cut in 1" cubes
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 can tomato sauce - (8 oz)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
4 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
Instructions:
Instructions: Place first 9 ingredients in a crock pot. Mix, cover and cook on LOW until meat is tender, about 8 to 10 hours. Turn pot to HIGH.

Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water; add to beef mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Serve over noodles.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
