2 tbl Melted butter
2 tbl Vinegar
2 tbl Catsup
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 lb Salmon fillets
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine butter, vinegar, catsup & Worcestershire. Place fish, skin side down, on broiler: brush with sauce. Broil 6" from heat for 15 minutes, brushing often with sauce. Serve with lemon wedges.
