1/2 cup dolcelatte cheese (or other creamy blue cheese) softened
1/4 cup ricotta cheese softened
6 tbl extra virgin olive oil
1 tbl white wine vinegar
1 tbl boiling water
Instructions:
Instructions: Blend the two cheeses together and gradually beat in the oil vinegar boiling water salt and pepper to taste until a smooth thick dressing is formed.
