1 pkt frozen breaded chicken nuggets - (12 oz)
1 cup water
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 can apricot halves - (16 oz) drained
1 pkt frozen snow pea pods - (6 oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook chicken according to package directions. Set aside.

Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan; add rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

Combine apricot halves, snow peas, and sweet-and-sour sauce in a medium saucepan, and cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Stir in chicken nuggets, and serve over rice.

This recipe yields 4 servings.

Comments: For Tangy Shrimp, substitute 1 (12-ounce) package frozen breaded shrimp for chicken nuggets.
