1 x juice of one orange
2 tbl lemon juice
150 ml water
1 tbl Lee Kum Kee Premium oyster sauce
3 tbl Thai chilli sauce
1/2 tsp orange rind
1/2 tsp lemon rind
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar or to taste

1/2 tsp cornflour

Combine all the ingredients except the thickening ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over slow and gentle heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add thickening ingredients, stirring well to blend. Leave aside to cool before serving.

Tangy, sweet and slightly spicy, this sauce is great in which to dip deep-fried tofu pieces garnished with cucumber shreds. Sprinkle the sauce with toasted sesame seeds for added crunch.
