8 x Chicken legs
1 tbl Vegetable oil
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
2 x Garlic cloves, pressed
1 tsp Paprika
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut skin on chicken diagonally at 1/2 inch intervals.

Combine oil and next 5 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; seal and chill 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Place chicken on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan; drizzle evenly with reserved marinade.

Bake at 375 F for 40 minutes or until done. Broil 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 2 minutes on each side or until crisp.

Yield: 4 servings
