1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tbl Instant minced onion
2 tsp curry powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine crumbs, milk, salt, onion, and curry; mix lightly. Add beef and blend thoroughly. Shape mixture into 36 (1-inch) balls. Arrange half of the balls in a double circle on a round micro-type plate. Cover with waxed paper. Use HIGH cycle and cook 6 to 8 minutes, or until beef is no longer red. Repeat with remaining meatballs. Serve with toothpicks.

Makes 3 dozen
cooking time 12-16 minutes.
