Instructions: Steam the shrimp until just done and red. Mix together shrimp, chili sauce, lime juice, hot pepper sauce, tomato, and onions; refrigerate for 2 hours. Just prior to serving, chop the avocado and mix into the shrimp mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
