1 cup bottled pitted Kalamata olives, drained
3 tsp minced or chopped garlic
1 x (2-ounce) can anchovy fillets, drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/3 cup bottled roasted red bell pepper, firmly packed
Instructions:
Instructions: Put olives, garlic, anchovies, basil and peppers in food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add olive oil and whirl until fairly smooth. Spoon into a serving
bowl.
