Instructions: In skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Beat eggs with water, salt and pepper. Dip oysters into egg mixture, then roll them in crumbs.
Quickly brown in hot bacon drippings, turning once. Place bacon on top; pour rest of egg mixture over all. Cook without stirring until slightly browned on bottom. Turn out onto hot platter; serve immediately. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
