1 x (8 oz) block Philadelphia Cream cheese
1 x egg
1 cup hot water
gelatine (1 sachet, or 3 teaspoons)
sweetener (equivalent of ? to 1 cup sugar) - I use saccharin
1 cup cream
4 tbl cocoa powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt gelatine in hot water, let it cool. Soften cream cheese. In mixer, whip up cream cheese, egg and sweetener until well blended. Add cocoa and gelatine mixture, whip well. Whip and cream and mix in well. Pour into dish and refrigerate until set. Divide by how many slices you cut.

I recently made this with a coconut crust, which was yummy. By memory, I used 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut and 1/2 cup ground almonds, mixed together with some melted butter to hold it together. I lined the bottom of the greased spring form pan with this, pressed it in well, and chilled it while I made up the filling. Poured the filling on top and let it set - yum!

My note: my personal contribution to Taras recipe was adding 1 tablespoon of rum in the mixture.
