1 slc Cooked, cured wild pig ham, 2 inches thick
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 tbl Cornstarch
1 tbl Butter
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Raisins
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine brown sugar and cornstarch; add butter and water. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes until sugar and cornstarch are dissolved and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and add raisins and wine. Put ham slice into greased baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
