Instructions: Using a damp cloth gently wipe the mushrooms clean. Trim stems flush with caps and discard stems. Place mushrooms in a medium bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss to combine. Set mushrooms aside, at room temperature to marinate, stirring occasionally, for at least 20 minutes or up to four hours.
