Instructions: Clean and fillet the stromming.
Remove the skin. Stir together the water vinegar and salt; pour over the fish and refrigerate for 24 hours. Drain well. Stir the mayonnaise with creamfil sour cream or whipped cream. Season to taste with garlic salt pepper tarragon and parsley. Pour the dressing over the fish and chill for about 1 hour. Serve with toasted bread and cool beer. Email this Recipe:
