4 x Anchovy fillets
1/4 cup Tarragon vinegar
4 tbl Tarragon leaves
2 tbl Dijon mustard
3 tbl Small gherkin pickles
2 tbl Capers
1/4 cup Fresh parsley leaves
3 tbl Chopped chives
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until creamy and well processed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
