Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter and lightly flour a 9 inch spring-form pan. Using an electric mixer, beat ricotta, cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake 1 hour. Turn oven off and let cake sit in oven 2 hours more. Allow to cool slightly. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Email this Recipe:
