Instructions: I opened the pinapple and drained a few rings really well. I poured the taco seasoning in a
frying pan and mixed in 3/4 cup water. I brought it to a rolling boil and let it thicken a little. As soon as hubby brought in the grilled chicken, I dumped them in the frying pan and swished them around coating them well with the sauce, plopped them individually on whole wheat buns, and placed a drained pinapple ring on top of each breast, and shut the bun. Then I said, "Lets Eat". Well hubby and company loved them! They thought I had spent all kinds of time making up a special sauce. I just smiled and said, thank you soooo much ;-) Email this Recipe:
