1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 lrg Onion -- chopped
2 cup Whole Kernel Corn, frozen
1 pkt Tater Tots, frozen -- about 6 cups
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Evaporated Milk
to taste Salt and Pepper
1 tsp Parsley -- dried or fresh
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large electric skillet, brown ground beef and onion, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. When mixture is browned, spread evenly over bottom of skillet. Layer corn on top of meat mixture, and then layer tater tots on top of corn. In a large bowl, mix soup, milk, parsley and salt & pepper to taste, until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture over layered ingredients in electric skillet, then set temperature to simmer and bake in covered skillet for 1 hour.

Remove lid from skillet, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Turn skillet off, and unplug- then replace lid for 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt. Serve hot as a main dish.
