Instructions: Put everything into a roasting dish, add enough water to just cover the meat, cover with foil and put into a low oven (150 deg C ) for an hour or so till potatoes are cooked, then remove foil, turn the oven up and brown potatoes. no need to thicken gravy. serve with bread wedges to sop up the juices.
