Instructions: Heat 2 quarts water to boil. Remove from heat; stir in tea or tea bags. Let steep 5 minutes. Strain or remove tea bags. Meanwhile, make the sugar syrup by combining remaining 3/4 cup water and sugar in small saucepan. Heat to simmer; cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat; let cool. Stir sugar solution, lemon juice and strawberries, if using, into tea. Pour into ice-filled glasses; garnish with mint.
