Instructions: Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder and salt, and sift again.
Cream butter, add sugar, and cream together thoroughly. Add egg, then flour alternately with milk, a small amount at a time. Beat after each addition until smooth. Bake in greased muffin pans in hot oven (450 degrees) 20 minutes. Makes 18 small muffins. Email this Recipe:
