Instructions: 1. Put the fruit in a punch bowl.
2. Heat the water in a pan and dissolve the sugar and the fruit juice, stir well and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over the fruit and set aside to cool. 3. Just before serving, add the ginger ale, tea, soda water and alcohol. NOTES : Serves 20 plus. To give the punch a kick, you may add a bottle (more or less depending on your taste) of vodka or gin.
